Sr Sugandhy belongs to the Congregation of St Ann’s of Luzern.

She has done RNRM from Ann’s School of Nursing in 1983 and D. Pharmacy in Vijayawada in 1985. She had taken ICU training in Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad in 1990 and done Hospital Administration from St John’s Medical College, Bangalore in 1995.

She served as Staff Nurse and Pharmacist. Served as Asst. Administrator for two years from 1995 to 1997, 5 years as Nursing Superintendent from 1997 ; and from 2002 till date (18 years) as Administrator in St Ann’s Hospital, Vijayawada.
