Online platforms have also helped to connect in person. The challenge now is that it will not be as easy as the start of pandemic, because lots of content is available but to share it has to be fancier and more attractive. But now it’s easy to make comprehensive online courses.
Module 5: (00:01:10- 01:14:10) Dr Ashok Rai is very happy with use of digital platforms, as due to pandemic doctors were suffering a lot and they wanted to promote the education to save the lives of doctors. He appreciated MLH a lot and also mentioned they have used this platform to promote the trainings to doctors which served their purpose and saved the lives of many doctors.
Module 6: (01:14:30-01:35:21) Puneet Rai, from Ethicon mentioned they were concerned for patients’ health with the start of pandemic. They were focused for upscaling the learnings with new technology and educate the surgeons of tier 2/tier3 cities to treat the patients with high end cases. As travel was not allowed during the 1st wave, the patients cannot move to metro for treatment, so the doctors from rural areas have to treat the severe cases. They also found that doctors were looking for online live surgical cases rather than webinar. Working with MLH helped them increase their reach to surgeons from tier 2/tier 3 cities.
