Emmanuel Blin is the founder and CEO of Tech Care for All (TC4A), a social impact company whose goal is to accelerate digital health in Africa and Asia as key enabler to improve health outcomes in underserved communities. Having grown up in sub-Saharan Africa, Emmanuel has a deep commitment to making our world a healthier and more equitable place. His vision is to bridge digital health innovation happening in the U.S., Asia, Europe and Africa and with the numerous unmet healthcare needs of Africa and Asia.

Emmanuel created Tech Care for All (TC4A) in 2017 after 20 years of service in the pharmaceutical industry. He is former member of the Executive Committee of Bristol Myers Squibb, where he was Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Head of Commercialization, after having held a series of assignments leading country and regional operations in Europe, Asia and the Americas. He experienced the transformative power of digital during his time leading digital health strategy for BMS.

Early in his career, Emmanuel worked with Sanofi Turkey and then as a senior consultant for Gemini Consulting. He is a graduate of ESSEC Business School in Paris and has completed the General Management Program of INSEAD-CEDEP. He lives in Brussels, Belgium with his wife and four children.
