He has graduated in Electronics Engg, from Govt. College of Engg., with specialization in Medical Electronics. Mr Narkhede has also completed higher studies in the same field with an Advance Diploma in Biomedical Engineering.

Mr Narkhede has more than 28 years of experience in the Electromedical Industry. He has served in various fields of Manufacturing, R & D, Marketing, and After Sales Support. He was leading the team from the front as Manager Operations for the World leader in Electrosurgery for Three years. He is renowned for his expertise in Electrosurgical Technologies in India.

Mr Narkhede also provided technical support for more than 1500 surgical procedures ranging from ENT, Neuro, Cardiothoracic, Gynac., GI, Uro, Ortho, Ophthalmic, Plastic, and Cancer Surgeries. He is also experienced in conducting technical & clinical training programs for Biomedical Engineers and clinical specialists.
