Only Urogenital Oncologist in North of India and heading since June 1996.  
Developed the Department of Genito  Uro Oncology in Rajiv Gandhi, Cancer Institute & Research Centre, Rohini Delhi 
Started Radical Prostatectomy in Private sector in the country
Designed Pitcher’s Pot Ileal Neobladder: Published in Japanese Journal of Clinical Oncology  
Original technique of Minilap cystoprostatectomy first time in world: Done by this centre in whole of Asia, and done by very few in the world 
Did first Perineal radical prostatectomy in the country 
First HIFU performed for Prostate in March 2009 has done maximum in country. 
Initiated the Robotic Genito urinary Onco Surgeries (da Vinci) Robotic Cystoprostatectomy, Cystectomy, RRP, Nephretomy, RPLND, and Hysterectomy & BSO and till now has done more than 1000 different Robotic Uro-Genital Onco surgery. Which is again maximum  India. 
Organized first International Urooncology conference in the country in 2005 
Credited to start multiple pioneer works in field of Uro-Genital Oncology and trained many doctor in the field of Uro-Genital Oncology in India and Nepal and Switzerland. 
Presented three paper in AUA Orlando Florida in 2014.
