Dr Pratibha Singhal is a practicing consultant- pulmonary and sleep medicine.
After completing her MBBS, she successfully attained her MD in Tuberculosis and Chest Disease from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College & General Hospital (University of Mumbai). Thereafter, she obtained her DNB in Respiratory Diseases from National Board of Examinations, Delhi. Following which, she completed her DETRD (Diploma in Environmental, Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases) form College of Physicians & Surgeons, Mumbai and was ranked second for that year.
In addition to the above, Dr. Singhal has also trained at the Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, USA and National University Hospital, Singapore in the areas of Bronchoscopy, EBUS and pleuroscopy/ thoracoscopy.
She has been a Faculty at various forums, been an invited speaker on various topics for pulmonology especially Bronchology and interventions and for training in many workshops on Bronchoscopy and interventional Pulmonology. In addition, she is part of the faculty for training in Bronchoscopy courses at CEMAST, Mumbai.
Dr. Singhal has many Publications in national and international journals and has presented Papers at national and international conferences including, NAPCON, BRONCOCON, ERS, TESCON.
She is a member of The Indian chest Society (ICS), Indian Association for Bronchology (IAB), World Association of Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology (WABIP), American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP) and European Respiratory Society (ERS).
