Dr.Mallika Ghosh is presently working as Senior Consultant Micro/ Molecular & Lead KRL Operations at Dr. Lal PathLabs Kolkata Reference Lab
she is looking after Microbiology, ELISA, Clinical Pathology, Molecular Diagnostics and Accessioning departments.
She has done her MBBS and MD in Microbiology from R. G. Kar Medical College, Kolkata. 
Post her Masters she worked at National Institute of Cholera & Enteric Diseases for 2 years as Research Officer in Virology Lab.
She joined DLPL in 2016 and is working in the same for last 6.5 years. She is skilled in special departments like Mycobacteriology, Mycology, Molecular Diagnostics and Immunopathology
She is experienced in setting up advanced automated laboratory as per CLSI and NABL guidelines. Initiated and successfully managed SARS CoV 2 Real Time PCR testing during pandemic with more than 5000 tests/day.
She is trained internal auditor as per ISO 15189:2012 and certified trainer for Antimicrobial Stewardship implementation in hospitals
She has 10 publications to her credit and participated in various CMEs as presenter for medical personnel across West Bengal and Northeast India.
