• Dr Vinay is working as a Consultant in Haematology and bone marrow transplant at CHL-CBCC Cancer Center , Indore from April 2016.
• He is a renowned Hematologist, Clinical Hematologist and a Bone Marrow Transplant Surgeon.
• He has trained and worked at various institutes of repute such as Apollo Hospital, Ahmedabad, Vancouver General Hospital, Vancouver, Canada, Institute of Hematology and Transfusion Medicine, Kolkata and Seth G S Medical College and KEM hospital.

• Successfully performed first Haploidentical (half matched) bone marrow transplant of Madhya Pradesh
• Padmashree V Vikhe Patil Gold Medal and scholarship for outstanding performance during MBBS undergraduate years
• B-Brauns Medical Scholarship for year July 2008 (awarded to four students in Internal Medicine each year)
• Best Poster Award – Bombay Medical Congress poster presentation competition- April 2009
• Ranked 4th in Final MBBS examination conducted by Maharashtra University Health Sciences
