Dr Aloke Mullick is an ex-military surgeon with large corporate hospital leadership experience across the world. He is currently the Group CEO of a South India-based hospital chain. Post his army career he has successfully created leadership excellence, operational transformation, and strategic growth across many hospitals in India and overseas. He is passionate about healthcare IT, is an invited speaker in international fora, an adviser to many healthcare IT companies and the recipient of the “Top50 Smart Healthcare Leaders of the World” award in 2018. Dr Aloke Mullick is practicing Heartfulness Meditation for more than 25 years and is a certified Heartfulness Meditation Trainer. Meditation has helped him find a deeper purpose in life, find balance between professional and personal life, relate with all human beings with compassion, and live life with joy and gratitude.
