Module 1: (00:00:00-00:06:00)- Introduction: Dr. Mayuri Keskar from Medical Learning Hub (MLH) team introduced and welcomed all the panelists and participants. The poll was raised. The structure of the webinar and the general instructions were shared with the participants. Then Dr. M. Thareja, President of IMA Rajasthan welcomed the participants and panelists. Then he shared insights on how Rajasthan is dealing with the COVID pandemic.

Module 2: (00:06:13-00:40-55)- Dr. Prashant Kumar, M.B.B.S., M.D., PDFNA, MBA, FICCM explained about ICU management in COVID. He started the session by introducing of the topic, He then explained about critical care setup, ICU management in COVID, eICU, and functions in ICU. He then continued the session by sharing who needs ICU and explained about ICU set up 4S i.e. Standard, Spa, Staff, Supply). He then explained how to get extra personnel, space, infrastructure. He then continued the session by sharing insights on what is needed in ICU, PPE kits, equipment required in ICU, treatment modalities were also explained by Dr. Prashant.

Module 3: (00:41:16-01:25:17)- Dr. Narendra Rungta, MD, FCCM, FICCM, FISCCM Chairman Critical Care Foundation continued the session by sharing detailed information about Ventilation management in COVID. Dr. Rungta explained why a patient needs mechanical ventilation, which COVID patient need ventilation, how COVID patient is ventilated and additional suggestions. Dr. Rungta continued the session by sharing details about what happened to lungs in COVID, multifold strategies to tachypnea, hypoxia in COVID patients & oxygen therapy. Dr. Rungta emphasized the importance of pruning. He then explained about setting up mechanical ventilation, how to calculate tidal volume, monitoring of ventilation patient, position end pressure was explained.

Module 4: (01:25:17-01:41:20) Question and Answer: Several questions were asked during the event which was answered by a panelist at the end of the session

Module 5: (01:41:21-01:24:30) Vote of thanks: At the end of the session Dr. Thareja, President IMA Rajasthan and Dr. Mayuri Keskar from MLH shared vote of thanks and the second poll was raised.
