Module 1: Introduction & Inaugral address: Dr Shubhi from Medical Learning Hub welcomed all the participants, speakers and the panelist. The session was inaugrated by IMA Bengal State leaders Dr MA Kasem, Dr Tapan Biswas, Dr Shakil Akhtar and Dr Bibartan Saha.
Module 2: Invasive Fungal Infection: the global burden – are we prepared: Dr Arunaloke Chakrabarti discussed about the invasive fungal infection and its global burden. Key points of discussion were-

Module 4: Burden of fungal infection in COPD patient & role of clinical examination: Dr Suresh Ramasubban talked about the burden of fungal infection in COPD. Key points of discussion were:
- Respiratory Fungal Infections
- Pulmonary Syndrome
- Fungal infections in COPD
- COPD patients are at risk for IPA and CPA
- IPA is diagnosed based on clinical suspicion and All AECOPD patients are at risk
- CPA is also not very uncommon in COPD
Module 5: Empirical antifungal therapy: what guidelines say and what happens in practice: Dr Subhash Todi discussed about Empirical antifungal therapy: what guidelines say and what happens in practice and why. Key points of discussion were:
- Suspected Invasive candidiasis
- Empiric antifungal therapy should be considered in critically ill patients with
- Risk factors for invasive candidiasis and no other known cause of fever

Module 7: Management of Fluconazole resistant Candida (with special emphasis on symptomatic candiduria): Dr. Sankar Sengupta discussed about the manangement of Flucanazole resistant Candida. Key points of discussion were:
- Urinary Tract involvement by invasive mycoses
- Candida
- risk factors for candiduria
- Pathogenesis
- Imaging Studies
- The emergence of drug resistance can be considered an inevitable consequence of the selective pressures imposed by antifungal drugs
Module 8: Question and Answer: This session was moderated by Dr Atri Gangopadhyay.Several questions were asked from speaker like:
