Module 2: (00:13:34 - 00:31:57) - Principles of Viscoelastic Monitoring
Dr. Anil Handoo was the first speaker for the 1st session of the day. He spoke about what all to keep in mind in coagulopathy. The tests to be performed for coagulation tests and the reliability on them. The ROTEM standard parameters were displayed in the typical TEMogram. Dr. Anil ended the session by sharing the basic algorithm. Dr. Anil Dewan thanked Dr. Anil Handoo for his talk.
Module 3 (00:31:57 - 00:45:42) - Coagulation Abnormalities in COVID-19 disease
Dr. Rahul Naithani took the session ahead by speaking about the associated coagulopathy in COVID-19, the coagulation testing and parameters . When should the post-discharge thrombo be considered. The parameters that should be followed and the treatment or intervention that should be given in COVID-19-associated coagulopathy/DIC were shared by Dr. Rahul Naithani. Dr. Anil Dewan thanked Dr.Rahul Naithani for his talk.
Module 4: (00:45:42 - 01:13:22) - Role of Viscoelastic Monitoring in managing COVID-19 disease
Dr. Paolo Simoli started his session by speaking about coagulation activation. He explained the COVID-19 associated coagulopathy (CAC), its monitoring through his experience. He also spoke about Thromboelastometry for CAC. Dr. Paolo Simoli shared insights for various studies published on the topic in detail. He summarized his session before Q&A. Dr. Anil Dewan thanked Dr. Paolo Simoni for his talk.

There were multiple questions raised by the delegates during the 1st session which were answered by the speakers after the completion of session 1 of the day.
Module 6: (01:37:09 - 02:00:05) Role of Viscoelastic Monitoring in Liver Transplant and Liver ICU
Dr. Sanjiv Saigal introduced and invited Dr. Shweta Singh to begin the 2nd session of the day. Dr. Shweta began her talk by taking the audience through a couple of cases. She spoke about classification of POC coagulation tests. Various literature was also shared by Dr. Shweta Singh. Other interventions in patients with CLD were spoken about. She also shared her CLBS experience with the audience. Dr. Shweta Singh explained the advantages of ROTEM. Dr. Sanjiv Saigal thanked Dr. Shweta Singh for her talk.
Questions raised during the session were answered very well by Dr. Shweta Singh.
Module 7: (02:00:05-02:30:04) Role of Viscoelastic Monitoring in CTVS
Dr. Rajesh Chand and Dr. Shweta Singh welcomed and introduced Dr. Pooja Natrajan. She started her session by showing evidence for importance of platelet function testing and viscoelastic tests. Dr. Pooja Natrajan also threw light on the factors which should be considered for cardiac surgery. She also spoke about the point-of-care coagulometry bedside device.
She summarized the treatments to give in different conditions.
Several questions were raised by the panelists which were answered by her very well and in detail.
Module 9: (02:30:04 - 03:31:53)
