Module 1- Welcome note: Dr Shubhi from Medical Learning Hub welcomed the participants and introduced the Panelists Padma Shri Prof. Dr. Digambar Behera; President, Indian Chest Society, Dr Kuldeep Singh Sachdeva; Regional Director, The Union South-East Asia, Dr Rohit Sarin; Principal Consultant and former director NITRD, New Delhi, Dr G Narendran; Senior Deputy Director / Scientist 'F' Medical, Dept. of Clinical Research ,ICMR-NIRT and Dr K P Singh; Director and Head Endocrinology, Fortis Hospital, Mohali describing the general instructions and first poll was raised.

Module 3-Panel Discussion: Integrated case management to solve India's high burden of TB, HIV, and other Comorbidities; Several questions were asked from the panelist regarding the case management approach for TB, HIV and other co-morbidities. Some of the questions were:

Are there any lessons from other countries in integrated management of TB that have shown success?
Is there a case to improve the treatment and management of patients with TB through an integrated approach that helps manage other comorbid conditions such as HIV, DM etc?
What is the coordinated activity between NTEP and NCDC in India? Is it happening really.
How we should move towards coordination’s - current challenges and solutions?-
During Covid, Pan India got rapid access of molecular diagnostics, how can we leverage those set-ups to expand the case detection? What will be the plan to mobilize the same?-

Module 4- Q&A sessions: Several questions were asked during the session which were all answered by the panelists and moderator Dr Behera, Dr Sarin, Dr Narendran, Dr Sachdeva and Dr Singh
