Module 1: Welcome and Introduction
Mr. Ankur Desai from Ethicon welcomed the panelists and introduced Dr. Sanjay Patel and Dr. Smeet Patel surgeons for the day. Mr. Desai then introduced Dr. Sarita Agarwal speaker and moderator, Dr. Mrugesh Patel, and Dr. Binal Shah, moderators for the day. All the participants have explained the general instructions and the structure of the webinar.
Module 2: “Surgical Tips and tricks: Deep Infiltrating Endometriosis“.

Module 3: Surgical presentation by Dr. Sanjay Patel (02:09:00)
Dr. Ankur Desai gave all the participants a brief history and case summary of the patient. The investigation reports were shown before Dr. Sanjay Patel started the surgery. Dr. Sanjay Patel introduced his entire team during the surgery. The entire dissection was shown in detail. The importance of blunt dissection was shared. All the steps of the surgery were beautifully shown and explained. The anatomy was shown in detail. The debulking surgery was performed. The chocolate cyst was identified. Importance of preserving the hypogastric nerve was discussed.
Dr. Binal Shah and Dr. Mrugesh Patel beautifully moderated all the questions that were asked during the session.
In all, it was a very interactive session.
Module 4: Surgical presentation by Dr. Smeet Patel
Dr. Ankur Desai gave all the participants a brief history and case summary of the patient. The investigation reports were shown before Dr. Smeet Patel started the surgery. Vasopressin was injected. The dissection was performed and explained in detail by Dr. Smeet Patel. Omentum was mobilized and no bleed was found. The benefits of the new model of the harmonic and the smoke evacuators was discussed during the surgery. It was mentioned that the it is always preferred to start from the procedure from the virgin field first and then move towards the other field while performing the surgery. The ureter was identified. introduced his entire team during the surgery. All the steps of the surgery were beautifully shown and explained.
Dr. Binal Shah and Dr. Mrugesh Patel beautifully moderated all the questions that were asked during the session.

Module 5: Surgical presentation by Dr. Vivek Salunke
Dr. Sanjay Patel gave a brief history of the patient before starting the surgery. The anatomy was explained.
In all, all three surgeries were performed with utmost precision. The ureter, uterine artery, and vein were identified. The uterine artery was ligated along with other small capillaries. The tissue was quite fragile. The importance of traction and counter traction was mentioned. The fibrotic band was identified. The entire surgery was beautifully demonstrated. All the steps of the surgery were explained in detail. Dr. Sanjay Patel introduced his entire team during the surgery.
Dr. Mrugesh Patel beautifully moderated all the questions that were asked during the session. In all, it was a very interactive session.
