Discussion on:

Management during each stage of illness in COVID-19- Dr Aniket Joshi explained the etiology, pathophysiology, complications, symptomatology and treatment options. He explained each point thoroughly and how the pathophysiological changes are seen, the different phases of disease, and the medications indicated.

Role of Favipiravir to decrease the course of COVID-19- Dr Ameet Nandkumar Dravid, started his session by explaining the phase of COVID-19 disease and which medications will be indicated at which phase of the disease. Dr Dravid continued with 3 case presentations during which he explained in detail about the condition of patients at each phase of the disease and how to interpret X-ray reports of COVID-19 patients.

Panel discussion with Q&A session: The presentations were followed by a very interactive Q&A session. More than a 100 questions were asked by attendees in Q&A and chat, which were very patiently answered by the speakers.

Vote of thanks and Poll: At the end of the webinar Dr Mayuri raised the poll questions for attendees and shared vote of thanks with IMA Maharashtra to provide the opportunity to co host the webinar with them.
